Track rollers are made of a suitable boron-steel alloy and centrally or induction hardened. This is to protect them from wear of several millimeters and extend their service life. All of JUMP rollers are produced from quality steel alloys which are induction hardened or forge hardened with a focus on ensuring appropriate hardening depth is reached to guarantee long term reliability. This attention to detail is further enhanced with the use of precision seals which are all pressure tested for efficacy prior to shipping.
